Please read these terms and conditions before entering into a contract with any of the advertisers featured on this site. By entering into a contract with one of those featured you accept Charterhouse Media Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses financial or otherwise that are experienced by either you (the customer) or the retailer when entering into dealings.

0.1 These terms and conditions ("conditions") apply between you and Charterhouse Media Ltd trading as UK Leasing and Contract Hire, Unit 1 22-24 York Road Edgbaston Birmingham B16 9JB. Company registration 06835132 ("we, "us" and "our" as appropriate) for the sourcing and funding of goods and services from our advertisers.
0.2 These terms and conditions shall govern our dealings with you and any and all contracts formed between you and us. No variations to these conditions will binding unless agreed in writing between you and us.
0.3 Our employees, Advertisers or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning our services unless confirmed as such by us in writing. In entering any contract with us or our advertisers, you acknowledge that you do not rely on any such representations which are not confirmed.
0.4 Any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in any sales literature, displayed offers, quotations, price changes, offer acceptance, invoice or other document or information issued by our advertisers will be subject to correction without any liability on our part
0.5 The rentals and details shown do not constitute an offer for finance or the supply of goods
0.6 Unless otherwise stipulated all prices and rentals are for business users only.

Orders

2.1 Any transactions, order, or communication relating to any of the offers advertised on our website will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the advertiser, no liability for any errors, omissions or misreprepesentations will be covered by us.

Prices

3.1 Prices and rentals displayed on our website are the sole responsibility of the advertiser, there will be no recourse to us in the event these prices, rentals or vehicles advertised are no longer valid or available for whatever reason
3.2 Rentals displayed will be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate at the time the offer is accepted by the Advertiser
3.3 Prices displayed on our website or any other direct communication with you are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by us capable of being accepted by you.
3.4 All prices are subject to change without notification.
3.5 When entering into a contract with any of our advertisers you will be subject to their terms and conditions, these may include administration charges, Cancellation fees and other charges not detailed. There may also be charges levied by the Contract Hire, Leasing or Finance company, details of which can be obtained from the advertiser.
3.6 All offers through our advertisers will be subject to credit approval and full details of what this entails can be obtained from our advertisers

Specification and Images

4.1 The specification of any motor vehicle or product displayed on our website or any other marketing materiel issued by us is supplied the Advertiser, Manufacturer, Dealer or Leasing Company and formatted for our use. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure accuracy of the data, the information is only issued as a guide, it will be your responsibility to verify that any information or images displayed are up to date and the product is still available. This confirmation should be obtained from the advertiser prior to entering into a formal arrangement to obtain the goods or service. Any images displayed on our website or other marketing materiel issued by us is for illustration purposes only.

Limitation

5.1 Subject as expressly provided in these conditions all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5.2 Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any express or implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of these conditions or agreement between us, for any direct ,special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss or profit or otherwise) ,costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of us, our employees, agents or advertisers or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of services or goods.

7.1 If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected
7.2 Our website is displayed as a method of communication with our advertisers only. You acknowledge that we are not an agent, partner or representative of any kind of our advertiser and have no liability (except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) for any information displayed there or any actions or consequences so actions you (or they) take with you relying on the same
7.3 The contract with you shall be governed by the laws of the England and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
